  • This session offers gentle relaxation and pain relief through a 10–20 minute counterstrain treatment followed by a customized massage to soothe tension. For the counterstrain portion, please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. When possible, we may fit a full body massage, but it’s not always feasible. Consider booking a 75 or 90-minute session for a full body massage. While this session provides comfort, it is less effective for pain relief than dedicated counterstrain or bodywork sessions.

  • Somatic exploration is a gentle, body‑based way of getting to know the inner world you carry around every day—sensations, images, emotions, and the stories underneath them. We slow down together, notice what your body is saying, and follow those threads into more understanding, ease, and choice.

    • guided imagery (future‑self, desired changes)
